PayPal Payments
The PayPal payment option has a substantially higher processing fee over a direct credit/debit payments, therefore a 2.4% PayPal payment fee is included when PayPal is used as the payment option.
Shipments
All Shipments are fully insured. Orders are typically shipped within 1 week of the order more depending on Holidays. If it should extend longer you will be contacted with information.
Cancelled Orders
Orders paid with Credit Card will be fully refunded if contacted before shipment. Order paid with PayPal will be refunded minus the PayPal service fees.
Returns
Undamaged/working items me be returned for a refund minus shipping charges and PayPal fees if applicable. A paid return label for US based returns can be requested – this cost will be deducted from the final refund amount. Other return shipping costs the returning parties responsibility. The return window for all purchases is 30 days from date of delivery.

Exchanges
Exchanges will be handled by a new purchase and a Return of the previous purchase as outlined in the Returns section.
